School Matinee Program

Every year, thousands of students participate in the School Matinee Program. K-12 students come from throughout the Central Coast to attend live performances at the Performing Arts Center. Presented by the Harold J. Miossi Charitable Trust, and sponsored by generous SLO County businesses, foundations and individuals, the School Matinee Program is offered at zero cost for every school. Every student attends matinees for free.

Please note that submitting a reservation request does not guarantee seats to a performance. Reservations are first-come first-served, and we will do our best to accommodate your first or second choice of performance.
There is a 200 seat limit on Early Reservations. To request additional seats, please submit a second form when Open Reservations begin.

Confirmations for Public School requests will be sent via email beginning the week of June 12, 2018. Please call Andrea Castillo at 805-756-7223 with any questions or for further information.

2018-19 Deadlines

Early reservations for public schools open June 1, 2018.
Standard reservations for private and homeschools open June 15, 2018.
Open reservations for all schools and additional seating requests begin August 1, 2018.
