Rescheduled Events & Refunds


Rescheduling

Some events canceled during the pandemic may be rescheduled to a later date. If you have tickets to a performance that is rescheduled for a later date, you will receive an email with an update and steps to take if needed. If you had tickets to the performance, your current tickets will remain valid unless otherwise stated.  

If you are unable to attend the performance on the new date, please contact the Cal Poly Ticket Office at 805-756-4849 or by email at tickets@calpoly.edu to receive a credit for your tickets or get a full refund. Our current business hours are Monday-Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and promise that we are doing everything we can to assist you as soon as possible.

Refunds

The Cal Poly Ticket Office will issue refunds as soon as possible through their original payment methods if a show is canceled. Please read the email you receive for specific information for that event. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased through third-party sellers, such as Groupon and Goldstar.

Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days to show your refund. We greatly appreciate your patience as we arrange refunds for thousands of ticket purchases and promise that we are doing everything we can to assist you as soon as possible.

 

Refund Options for Cal Poly Arts Events

Patrons holding tickets to the Cal Poly Arts shows have the following options as an alternative to receiving a refund before issued refund date:

  1. You may receive a gift certificate for the value of your tickets to use for a future PAC performance.

  2. You may donate your tickets to Cal Poly Arts as a tax-deductible gift.
